Dana sat at her parents house, tapping her foot patiently. She'd been home from the hospital for 3 days now and she still hadn't been to her and Brad's house yet. He was supposed to be coming over for a 'family dinner' but he was running late.
She missed him a lot. After the one day she got to come back to visit and spend the night she never got the opportunity again. She guessed you only got to do that once and that she'd used up her one time without her even knowing. She had hoped he didn't think it was because she didn't want to come back. That wasn't the case at all.
So to pass the time she sat in the living room, flipping through the channels with her younger sister. She would occasionally check the time on her phone. 5 minuets turned to 10, 10 to 15. Where was he?
